I ordered a black duelist lightsaber and when I received my order I got a Silver one I reached out to customer support to see what was going on and I was just told black is sold out and then they ended the conversation without making this right I ordered a black lightsaber and got a silver one with no communication from this company
Hello, we are very sorry about this situation. I took a look at your case and our response was not appropriate. The may 4th offer moved very quickly and we did not realise black was already sold out. We were supposed to reach out to you about the color change.
In order to resolve this we can 1: take the silver back and re-ship the black version when it becomes available (~ 2 weeks) 2: refund $10 for inconvenience. Please reach out to support again with your preference.
