This was my first purchase from SabersPro, and unfortunately it will likely be my last.
The lightsaber had a very noticeable reflective ring near the tip of the blade that completely took away from the appearance. What makes it worse is that their website does not clearly show close-up pictures of the blade tip, which feels very misleading. Had I seen that visible ring before purchasing, I would not have bought it.
I contacted customer support because I genuinely wanted to know if it was normal or if there was a problem with my blade. Mark from customer support told me he would discuss it with the warehouse team and get back to me. After waiting several business days and having to follow up myself, I was told it was “normal.”
While I didn’t agree with the explanation, I accepted it and simply decided I wanted to return the product. Since requesting a return, Mark has once again stopped responding. At this point, I’m left waiting with no return instructions and no communication.
I wasn’t asking for free products or special treatment. I simply wanted a quality product or, if it wasn’t what I expected, a smooth return process. Instead, I’ve experienced slow responses, poor communication, and disappointing customer service.
I hope SabersPro improves how they handle customers in the future, because this experience has left me with very little confidence in buying from them again.
It was crazy Mark just emailed me with a generic response after leaving the review asking me if the box was still sealed. So is he or is he not working today? I am very confused. Also got a email doubling down on the tip of the blade. saying it is completly normal that is looks like a 36" pleasure toy but does not have any pictures of the tip on the actual website. VERY MISLEADING

There is a reflective disc at the tip of a baselit blade to make sure the light reflects back and illuminates the blade as brightly and evenly as possible.
The neopixel versions do not have that feature as those blades have the LEDs inside the blade.

We removed the battery housing to charge the battery and are unable to reinsert the housing due to damage. The saber is now not functional.
just bought two of the SabersPro mystery box apprentice base lit, light sabers. Received the Defender and Sol as my newly added sabers. The Defender comes with two blades 32 and 36 inches. Sol comes with one 36 inch blade. Both feel great in your hand and have 16 color fonts pre loaded, more of you use the app.
Awesome choice with the SabersPro mystery boxes! Getting the Defender and Sol with those comfortable hilts is a great pull for my collection.

Recieved this with a cracked blade a misaligned tip (also cracked) and a bent up box, the saber handle is alright, though the electronics turn the blade off at random times mid swing, has even shut off completely a time or 2, I sent a couple emails to customer service and have yet to hear back.

This thing is about 20% heavier than any other saber I've bought. The Dark Saber was heavier in Star Wars canon. That's amazing attention to detail. It is solid like it was carved from one piece of steel. Wonderful quality and we've beat these things up a lot.
Xenopixel blade, ABSOLUTELY worth the money. This about the 9th blade I've bought and it is EXCELLENT quality. So much better than the Disney sabers.
Definitely good for what it is! Definitely great for $140, absolutely not for $300+. I think this is a great deal to pick up two sabers that can combo for each other. The customization and effects are definitely lower end however. Great for starters and if you want two more baselits. Definitely skip if you aren’t looking for either of those sections

Really nice slimmed down version of the movie saber. Light effects are amazing and so many combinations can be made with the xenopixel core.
Awesome saber, people online were skeptical about the website but what I found was it was reliable and it came with about everything you would need. The lightsaber itself was and still is amazing. Definitely happy that I purchased from here.

Liberator was probably one the least expensive and simple.
Polished bands break up the black nicely without diminishing the clean look , and feels great in my hand.
Upgraded to the pixel 3 and just love this!

The saber is AWESOME. Super bright. And it looks real at night. Only issue, one of the inserts on the pommel is super crooked. I doubt anyone else will notice it but I will every time I see it. Shipped quick and is super fun to play with.
The Darth Revan xenopixel 3.0 saber is amazingly crafted with real feel weight and solid part construction. Will definitely be purchasing other sabers from them
I quite like this saber. It feels like a quality piece, but not so precious that you would fear to play around with it. I can see why people would wear gloves when handling these, but I don't think the average owner would be too concerned with smudging this one a little. Great start to my replica collection.
Very great for Star Wars fans. It sounds exactly like the lightsabers in the movies. Almost sounds and looks like a movie prop. With the app you can make it any color you want and even add your own sounds to it. Very customizable. It had everything that I hoped it had and far more.
These tools will be invaluable as I continue to build homemade lightsabers. They included everything I needed and a couple things I can’t identify. Very good investment. Thanks, guys!
Got the revan lightsaber a few days ago. It is beautiful. The sounds are perfect the saber itself is super light. It is the second one I own but by far my favorite. However I have a bad battery that will not hold a charge.
