Order Shipping

We provide FREE worldwide standard shipping. All our products including lightsabers and accessories are shipped free of charge.

Return Shipping

Returning from US or UK within 15 days of order is FREE. Get your return label by contacting support@saberspro.com. Read more about our return and refund process at refund policy.

For items being returned for repair or replacement outside of the US, UK:
The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to any of the warehouse in the US, UK, Spain, or China. We will Refund $10 for the shipping cost.

For items being returned for a refund outside of the US and UK:
The customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs and ship the item(s) to any of the warehouses in the US, UK, Spain, or China. Please email support@saberspro.com before sending the item(s).

Shipping Times

Due to high demand as well as recent global developments, please allow 7-20 days from your date of purchase for your order to arrive. This is our standard shipping time to all locations. However, in most cases your order will arrive quicker.

Also allow 1-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Neopixel Upgrades

Unlike baselit (standard) versions neopixel lightsabers are assembled per order and require additional preparation time. Please allow 1-2 weeks of additional processing time. In many cases we will be able to assemble your order quicker.

Shipping From

We have multiple warehouses around the world in the US, UK, Spain and China and will fulfill your order from the closes available warehouse that has your product in stock.

Tracking your shipment

All our order are shipping with tracking information available. You will receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS when your order ships. In addition to those updates you can also find the tracking information on the order page.
