RGB a.ka. Baselit
is the more basic technology of lighting up the lightsaber blade. The saber features a powerful multi-color LED at the base of the blade.
The blade is a hollow polycarbonate blade illuminated by the base LED.
This choice is great for dueling, spinning and basic lightsaber effect.
Xenopixel and Proffie
are types of Neopixel cores. Unlike Baselit sabers they have a very bright strip of LEDs all along the blade.
This design enables much more realistic lighting effects, such as the famous blade ignition.
Neopixel sabers come with more effects and higher grade electronics.

When will my order ship?
Our orders usually take 2-3 days to ship.
How long does it take to deliver?
Most orders take 7-20 days to get delivered. Exceptions do happen occasionally.

Is it hard to assemble the saber?
Assembly just requires securing the blade in the hilt using the provided screws and allen ranch. You can watch a short video here.
What is the difference between Baselit and SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie?
SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie are types of Neopixel technology. It provides more realistic and hi end effects as compared to Baselit. You can read more about it here.

Product arrived damaged case is broken in corner and disfigured
First use and the Battery won’t charge at all, and now it got stucked unable to remove it to see what’s going on. Plus the screws was loose in one of the parts of the hilt. This was for my friend's birthday and we are very Sad and disappointed with this defect product. Either I get a replacement or my money back.

One quick thing you can try is to check that the power output is 1A and NOT 2A. Also, make sure you are not using the apple USB-C cable and use a generic USB-C (provided).
Love the saber. However the prongs/fangs losses and they do not send a allen wrench small enough to tighten when this happens. After week of them telling me it didn't have a screw in thr more then obvious screw hole with a screw in it. They just sent another hilt told me to swith out the electronics and toss the old one.. I finally was able to tighten that screw they said didn't exist. And now have a brand new hilt. It'd have made more sense to send the stupid allen wrench. However, this shipped from China. So whoever I was texting peolly was trusting whoever was clearly not looking at the actual lightsaber itself. Do you all see the obvious screw. And they just never sent an allen wrench small enough to tighten it. But I'll have one saber and an empty for your mistake and lack of knowledge about your own products. Customer for me was great though. They were very responsive just lacked proper knowledge because he didn't have a saber to look at. Btw. I sent many photos.

Needs instructions per Saber, not just general instructions since each Saber has different pieces. The Allen wrench provided didn't fit all the screws. It was too small, we had to buy one the right size to assemble it.
