Man, this has been such a sad experience. Its my first saber, Darth Maul, obviously, one of my childhood dreams was been able to wield a saber like his. Got it done, but then it took forever to arrive, came in malfunctioning, buttons didnt work properly, the app did not recognized the sabers, and when it did after redownloading it and factory setting the sabers, it would not work properly, the color I pick in the app was not the color ok the sable. Very sad and frustraiting, asked for the support team and get 1 answer every two days, Richard was supposed to help but really didnt answer as often. This was supposed to be my biggest halloween prop and it seems it wont work and the support team did not help much. I would love to get a new one, because im such a fan, but its too expensive for the low quality of function, material-wise its amazing, it looks dope. Missed my halloween chance even after I ordered ir on November. sad sad
Shipping was super fast and the saber works great. I was a little nervous ordering a used one, but you would never know it! Excellent quality for the price!

tHlOVE THE SABER. tHE hILT IS GREAT, THERE IS A SHARP EDGE AROUND HTE ON AND OFF BUTTON THAT MAKE PLAYING WITH IT A LEARNING CURVE, FINDING A WAY TOHOLD IT AND DUEL IS THE ISSUE. bUT i AM GETTING IT. lOVE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF IT.
Saber was supposed to be here on 10/6, on 10/23 it is still not here. I reported fedex on 10/8 like their customer service requested. I have gotten a customer service rep on the phone one time and he told me to email. It takes days for them to get back with you. Almost 3 weeks of emailing Nx still no resolution. I keep getting told to wait a couple days while their team works on it. I was told yesterday they were working on sending me a replacement and then this morning Marla emailed saying to give her a couple days to work on my case. Might be a good saber if you actually get it. But customer service is subpar at best.
This is an amazing package for an entry level saber! This is for my teenager and he absolutely loves the functionality of the saber and the color changes, mode changes and the USB plug. And he loves the physical customization options - all for the best value I can find online!

aThe lightsaber is a really well made one especially for the price, the only problem is that the instructions don't say how to check for the battery percentage when I've accidentally held the button and heard it but I would recommend this lightsaber if you want a cheap one
When I first got my lightsaber, I immediately fell in love of how it has many options of sound fonts, ignition, and color changing. I felt like a kid all over again… The Apprentice Mystery Box is definitely worth to get! Personal recommend and opinion in advanced! May the Force be with you!
