Price was right for my first impulse saber buy. These sabers bury the garbage Disney ones. The wife and kids are envious of dads new toy. The joy of not knowing exactly which one is going to show up, and unboxing when does.... I challenge you to a duel!

Ordered this weeks ago and it was stuck in Indiana for 1 week with no movement. Finally arrived today and the packaging inside was horrible. For a pricey item, I was excited to see it properly packaged. So you can understand my disappointment. I’ve provided photos
Ordered only to be told that they messed up and my saber wasn't in stock anymore. Offered other sabers that, in my opinion, weren't the same quality. Big disappointment.
This was going to be my first saber. Looks like another company will get the sale.

The replacements we offered are based on stock availability and quality, but they are not limited to those.
You can still keep your sol 2 order, but it will simply take longer to ship as we ran out of the US stock. So, if the timeline is fine for you we can still process your Sol 2 order.
As far as quality is concerned all our sabers are of high quality.
The build Quality is really good on one of the Hilts but the other one is Very Rough and interferes with the * Singular * control button on the Saber itself. Causing color and effect controls just not working.
The Bluetooth on that saber is also very spotty and I lose it's connection in the app after maybe 4 setting changes.
The motion controls are also very Spotty at least with my hilts. They almost never work even following the instructions.

The hilt is all brushed silver when you get it. You get the matte black by adding the tape. I should have got a slightly shorter Blade with my purchase, but I absolutely love this saber. Feels great in my hand and is so much fun to play with
You guys are liars. I wanted to buy your saber ‘Shadow’ back in October which was priced at $285.95 (original price $351.95); so I thought I’ll wait for a Christmas sale. I look today and the price is the EXACT same. Except your original price is NOW MORE. And best part is, I have proof. So much for a sale.
You’re just like all major retailers scamming people into thinking there’s a sale.

Really disappointed
I am sorry, but we are not sure what your gripe is.
1. We advertized that we set our Black friday prices way before BFCM.
2. The MSRP did go up by $5 and there are alot of costs that are always going up that are part of the MSRP - the rising shipping and storage costs for one.
3. You are not even showing the BFCM prices, but before and after.
Absolutely love this saber! Quality, and likeness is absolutely outstanding. I did have a issue with the case being damaged during shipping. Upon receiving my message SabersPro went above and beyond to replace the damaged case. The Rep was very professional which made for a great experience as well. SabersPro is definitely my only choice when it comes to dualing sabers. I love their products and look forward to buying more top quality sabers to add to my collection!!!
The Saber is the last thing I needed to finish my collection, and it works wonderfully. I'm gonna definitely buy more sabers from saberspro. I'm just a little upset the box was damaged, but other than that it's perfect
