Awesome!
Only issue for a guy w big hands, the hilt isn't long enough.
That won't take away how sweet it is!
Blown away by the Hilt received. Watched YouTube video for assembly. Sounds are clear, color is so vibrant and bright. Definitely check out YouTube channel if you’re curious or have questions. Package includes instructions for features and FAQ.
My wife got me the Xeno 3 Darth Maul saber for Christmas. This was my very first saber ever and since Maul is my favorite Sith, it only made sense to get this. Right out of the box I was giggling like a schoolboy. I couldn’t be more happy with the saber.
A few things I’d like to point out.
1. I can’t figure out how to make the adjustment ring for the coupler work, to get the sabers to align perfectly. 2. The milled edges of the coupler are SHARP at the threads so beware. I cut myself pretty decently while trying my to align the hilts. It’s charging by right now, so I’ll figure it out in a bit. All in all, I LOVE this thing and will definitely order again from Saberpro.
Constant problems already and I only installed yesterday. Barely stays in no matter how hard you do the holding bolts, the holding bolts died about 2 days after I first got the saber so good luck with that and the tip can barely stay in when in storage
Just received these but don’t have any directions on how to assemble or charge.
The YT channel isn’t helpful b/c they only have one generic video while selling several different lightsabers. They need to make videos for each saber.
It looks like this company moved its assembly and shipping to China and doesn’t do quality control for the customer experience *after* purchase.
I’ll change my rating if someone gets back to me *and* if they start including basic instructions.
UPDATE 12/3/24: I contacted support. They sent a video (unscrew black circle thing and silver circle thing at bottom of hilt > hilt pops open > plug circle charger port into circle hilt port).
I did update my review b/c the sabers have heft to them and are well packed, but I shouldn’t need help for something as basic as charging and assembling. It needs to be 1. Obvious on the product itself (good UX) or 2. Explained well in documentation/a QR video.
It’s okay, can you please lower the price though, it is 1,000, with that money I expect a real lightsaber
This is such a great deal. I got two awesome dueling sabers much cheaper than in other places.
But the best thing is how good they are for price. They got all the fancy features that more expensive sabers have, like color changing, sounds etc.
I really appreciate that the blade sits pretty deep in the hilt and is secure for heavy dueling. Me and my buddy have been going at it pretty strong since I got it.
Best purchase this year.
I have wanted a Luke/Praxeum-style saber for a hot minute, saw this offer and thought "Sweet! A cheap alternative and a fun project!"
Said there was a defunct chassis I could discard... but LUCKY! me, that chassis was not totally defunct!
Hilt arrived in excellent condition, all screws and grubs in place. Two or three very tiny scratches that might catch the eye of quality control, but not really. I'd but it any day.
Gorgeous. Makes memories of my childhood swirl - playing with a flashlight as a child, studying this saber, and others, as I delved into the lore of Star Wars. Sigh, very pleased. Now onto the core.
Came with a working battery. Very good start.
Core turned on, button light shone. I pressed the button. Single LED lit up when activated, surprise! Radiant green! I shuddered.
Color change cycled, but no red. I thought "Heh, This blade shall not be bled!"
Discovered the black wire to the LED had been severed. I was able to splice it together. Now all colors work. It may be bled, after all, which works for me, because I'm all about non-canon material! Dark Empire is still my third favorite comic series of all time.
The USB-C charging port was detached from the soundboard. Soldering is not my forte, so I respectfully removed it to prevent it rattling. I can charge the battery separate, no prob.
No sound, but the speaker does work and sounds great when plugged into another chassis, so I asided the speaker as a spare and tucked the wires. That's a BONUS! too- I got a spare part out of the purchase, a speaker that might've cost me $10-20 on its own, before shipping.
So, for $70 after shipping, instead of an empty hilt full of hope, I now have a functioning stunt saber full of hope and dreams... and a spare speaker...
... And I am so geeked! I fell hard for this hilt the moment I pulled it from the box, but the BONUS! of it being more-than-advertised is just one more very happy reason for me to return to Saberspro in the future... probably soon.
Now I'm looking around for a thin neck core the proper size to upgrade it to a fully functional RGB base lit Praxeum, and I expect by the end of the project, that I'll still have spent less than buying one new from any company!
Obviously, I cannot say every empty hilt in stock will have all that I was able to salvage and scavenge, but it's kinda like a mystery saber piñata, crack it open and see what'cha got, heheh! And that makes the price an absolute steal!
Wow! This is awesome.
First off, I already own a few sabers from other companies like Theory Sabers and Imperial and can say the quality of this one is better.
My saber came quicker than estimated and much quicker than other companies I ordered from before.
Neopixel is definitely the way to go IMHO.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for a very dear friend. The craftsmanship is amazing and it looks exactly like Anakin's from Episode 2. Shipping was fast and I received it a day earlier than expected. Overall, I'm very happy with it and I hope he will be too.
First time purchasing from SabersPro and figured why not try the mystery box. Was fun waiting for it to arrive and possibilities of what one were interesting. I ended up getting the Obi Wan Ep3 saber. Was very pleased with the pick and the saber
I am a returning buyer, but I was still a bit skeptical about a used lightsaber.
I was lucky to get a brand new Jedi Revan hilt, still in the original factory plastic.
The box was obviously used before, but the description already said so. But the product was new and would cost double the price.
I am very happy and might get another one soon.
Solid feel and design. Controls take a bit to get used to, but easy enough with time! Definitely will order more!
My girlfriend gave this to me for my birthday and I was totally blow away. I am a huge Star Wars nerd and the quality and effects are super cool. The pictures do not it justice.
Now I am thinking to get a Neopixel for Christmass. I can't wait to see it in real life. Do not overthink it. You won't regret it.
My fiancee and I bought lightsabers from SabersPro for our engagement shoot. We each have custom Disney sabers that we made in-park, but were concerned that doing any kind of dueling might damage them. No issues on the Vindicator (or my Wrath). As others have mentioned in reviews on this site, the app can be a bit finicky, but the quality is top notch. Absolutely zero issues or complaint about the Vindicator, and the upgraded Xenopixel blade was DEFINITELY worth it.
This is the best lightsaber I've bought so far. To be fair, I only have 3 now, but the customisation options for xenopixel are huge. Changing the blade style, ignition and effects, plus fully customisable from an app on your phone. I enjoyed the standard soundfonts and having the option to add and customise new and existing fonts. The saber hilt is nice to hold and swing. Great craftsmanship and love the Sol 2 design with the exposed blade at the top. The price is reasonable for a pixel saber and the shipping time was faster than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend this product.
Wow, just wow. Excellent bit of kit. Bought for Star Wars mad son who loves duelling. He downloaded the app and has had great fun discovering all the features.
