I never received my lightsaber

My lightsaber was lost at usps. And they never delivered my package

Hey, we are sorry to hear about this and we feel your frustration.
However, according to the USPS tracking it was delivered on left on the front porch.
It is possible USPS lost it or more likely someone took it.
But it does not seem fair to us since we did our job and sent this saber to you promptly.

First lightsaber!

I grew up watching star wars. Basically raised on it. One of my biggest dreams was to own a lightsaber, and thanks to this I finally do. I personally recieved the Sol model, and it has amazing weight distribution, and with the app I can truly customize it however I want. It would he a 5 star review, but sometimes after charging it'll randomly shut itself off without any audio cuts. Other than that, it works perfectly. Not to mention the range of colors and the light intensity is beautifully done.

Wonderful toy; questionable shipping

Overall, very pleased. This was a gift for my son, who loves it. It does everything we expected it to do and more. Very nice.

But I wish they would've shipped it with one more layer. The inner box was used as the shipping box, and it was significantly damaged in shipping (to the point I was taking photos and considering making a claim. Had the actual item been damaged I would have.) It looked like it had actually been bent at some point. Because of that, I was unable to wrap it in its original packaging, so I ended up just giving it to him bare. (I stood outside his bedroom on his birthday morning and ignited it as he came out. It was great! We make things work around here!)

I understand wanting to reduce waste and use less packaging, but an outer box is designed to handle the rigors of shipping in a way that the inner box really isn't. Things could've gone sideways very easily. I recommend either upping the material used in the inner box (maybe with some tri-fold reinforcements in the long edges) or shipping it with an outer layer.
