Simply awesome!!!

My mom bought it for me for X-mass. I chose this one because of the spikey look.

Waiting for my next comic-con.

Absolutely a terrible experience

I have had nothing but problems with the saber from day one and have been in contact with Customer Support at least a half dozen times. Purchased the neopixel and had issues with it changing colors from day 1. Thought it was a learning curve issue...no it wasn't the blade has now gone completely out and now only has working sound. It has never been used for anything or in any aggressive manner and in less than a month it has completely failed. Extremely sorry for this purchase. Customer Service is extremely slow and everything is over chat or email. RUN to another supplier of blades.

Jonathan, we are sorry about your issues.
I searched our support logs and I found 2 instances of you reaching out to us.
The first one was on October 13th about the instruction and our agent has responded to you with the instruction link in less than an hour. There was no follow up that I wound in the support email until today October 31st.

We do realize the instructions can be confusing and have partnered with an influencer to create video instructions for us.
Here is a link to the relevant instructions for your saber - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJEEuugpz4I&t=25s

As for the blade not lighting up, the most likely reason is that it is not making contact with the pins in the hilt. Try loosening the screws holding the blade and inserting it all the way in.

Don't damage it

I bought the neopixel version and loved it, my only real problem was the fact that the speaker wasn't all that great of quality and was looking into modifying it. I then made the grave mistake of trusting my friend to play around with it to see if he would want to get one and of course they dropped it on my concrete and there several parts on it with scratches and dents. I asked the company to see if i could purchase specific parts off the hilt so i could replace them and of course they wouldn't. Just dont risk it in other people's hands.
