We ship 90% of the orders from California or New York warehouses. Some collectible or rare sabers ship from overseas. All orders get dispatched in 1-3 days arrive tax free.
What if my order gets lost?
We offer an additional shipping protection at checkout. It covers lost and stollen orders and is highly recommended. About 45% of customers choose to protect their order.
Is it hard to assemble the saber?
The assembly is an easy one step process. Just insert the blade and use the supplied screws to tighten it.
Can I duel with them?
Most of our sabers are heavy dueling rated. This includes both baselit and neopixel versions.
Some sabers do have more fragile design, such as models with open and spinning kyber crystals and some thin neck models.
