When will my order ship?

Is it hard to assemble the saber?
Assembly just requires securing the blade in the hilt using the provided screws and allen ranch. You can watch a short video here.

What is the difference between Baselit and SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie?
SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie are types of Neopixel technology. It provides more realistic and hi end effects as compared to Baselit. You can read more about it here.

The first saber

I am hoping my saber doesn’t malfunction. I’ve seen so many reviews broken sabers, doa, doesn’t charge. This saber is an investment and I am hoping mines last. I do love it and it works flawlessly.

Wish I could have given it a 6 star

I got it for Christmas, it being my first saber, I was blown away with the amazing features on this saber, My friend and I love battling with them, I have grown to love these sabers so much that I have recently gotten one and I am super hyped for its arrival.

My girlfriend got me this saber for my birthday, which was 6 months ago. When received, we weren’t able to assemble it. Like a part is missing, or something. After initially dealing with customer service, my girlfriend says that they told her they’d just send us a new base. Nothing ever happened. After many conversations and reviews being left and being told to check in with the shipping service, who are also, honestly, being unhelpful, we still are left with a non-functioning saber, and down about $200. We’ve tried looking up videos and fiddling with it the best we could, but to no avail. We’re not mechanics. We’re martial artists that are very active on social media, and just wanted something cool to play and make videos with. If there’s a simple fix for it, we’re happy to piece it together ourselves. We’re just tired of having a non-functioning lightsaber sitting in our bedroom after dropping a bunch of money on it and talking to several people about it multiple times. Any help will be appreciated.

We have been emailing for a week now with our order number to mage an exchange of light sabers but have received no response. Hoping that posting here will get a response. Wish there was a customer service number.
