When will my order ship?
Our orders usually take 2-3 days to ship.
How long does it take to deliver?
Most orders take 7-20 days to get delivered. Exceptions do happen occasionally.
Will I be able to track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification emails. Please check your spam folder after placing your order in case you did not receive the order confirmation email right away.
What if my order gets lost?
We partnered with Route to provide protection against order transit issues. You can add the optional protection to your items when you add them to cart.
Is it hard to assemble the saber?
Assembly just requires securing the blade in the hilt using the provided screws and allen ranch. You can watch a short video here.
What is the difference between Baselit and SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie?
SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie are types of Neopixel technology. It provides more realistic and hi end effects as compared to Baselit. You can read more about it here.

It is a covertect wheel, which can clip into a belt clip designed for covertech wheels.

Hi,
I ordered the baselit version. And I am happy with it. Feels good in the hand. The gold squares in the ring aren't too sharp.
Speaker is OK. Some fonts are a bit distorted.
The basic manual that came with it is for a general 1 button saber. This has two buttons so it took awhile to figure them out.
Had a slight charge outta the box for me. So I could check it out a bit. Have it charging now. Will have fun tomorrow! Thanks SabersPro

I have only two complaints and both are very minor and one is probably due to my own ineptitude, first one- the clip on the hilt was annoying when I was swinging it around and it was held on pretty flimsily so it fell off, but I prefer it without it so I like it better now it's off anyway, second, sound fonts aren't extremely clear for who it's matching, some are pretty obvious, like when it says it's the darksaber it's the darksaber but others aren't that clear, not that it really matters I just choose whatever sounds the coolest at that moment and I use but it would be nice to have a chart that says what it says for what sound font and in the order that they cycle through, so two very minor complaints, everything else is wonderful, the balance is just about perfect at the edge of the hilt, it's smooth to use, it feels great and sounds great and I've got it on walls tables fans and no issues, I wish I could have justified an interactable blade but I do want to try dueling with this at some point and I wouldnt want to break an expensive blade like the neopixel, all in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
It’s a great saber, the proffie setup looks and sounds great. It has a really great feel and is worth every penny spent on it.
Very excellent product
I love the accents and the emitter design. It makes this one so unique. I did not come accross a similar design anywhere else.
