Returns

SabersPro LLC offers a 90-day return period, starting from the day of order delivery. If you are unsatisfied with our product in any way or simply changed your mind, you can return it for a full refund.

Return Procedure
To return your product, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery with a return request, specifying which items you want to return.

IMPORTANT: Do not mail your order back without authorization. It will not be accepted.

The returned product must be in brand-new condition with all materials and accessories. We understand the box may not be in perfect condition due to transit, which is acceptable.

Once our support team verifies your return eligibility, they will email you an electronic return label to attach to your return package. You must ship the return package within 15 days of receiving the return label, or the return will not be accepted.

Return Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.

SabersPro will pay for return shipping on orders within the US. You will receive an electronic return label when your return is approved.

For items returned from outside the US:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our US returns location.

Return Refunds
It may take up to 2 business days after return delivery for us to process your return and issue the refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your form of payment, it may take 1-5 days for the payment to clear, but in most cases, it will appear immediately.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and include all materials from the original shipment, including the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging.


Warranty

Starting from January 1st, 2024 our NEW products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the order delivery date. If you experience any issues with your saber within 1 year (subject to limitations) of receiving the order, we will repair or replace your saber free of charge.

Orders placed prior to January 1st 2024 are covered by six months warranty.

Our USED products are covered by 90 day limited warranty.

Limitations
The warranty is provided only to the original customer, and proof of purchase is required for coverage.

During the warranty period, SabersPro LLC will repair or replace product components determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic marks on blades, battery capacity reduction, and hilt damage from rough handling, is not covered under warranty. However, if you feel the items did not last as expected, please contact us. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we will do our best to keep you a happy customer.

Obtaining Warranty Service
We strive to make our warranty process as simple as possible. We will try to diagnose and troubleshoot your issue online to avoid mailing the defective product to us. This process may require communication between you and our support team but is faster and cheaper than mailing a product for diagnostics.

To start the warranty process, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the issue
  • A video or photo demonstrating the issue

Our support agents will reply to your warranty request within 1 business day and may request additional information to verify or troubleshoot the issue. We typically ask for images or video that demonstrate the problem.

Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a response within 1 business day.

If we determine there is a defect due to materials or craftsmanship, SabersPro LLC will replace or repair your items at no cost to you.

Warranty Shipping
Both return and replacement shipping are free for US customers.

Customers outside the US will be responsible for return shipping, but replacement shipping of the product(s) back to the customer is free worldwide.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery and request a return shipping label.

You must contact us before returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Our response with the prepaid shipping label is the formal return authorization for orders in the US and UK.

SabersPro will email a prepaid shipping label, which you should affix to the original saber box. Ensure the box is tightly closed and secured to avoid damage during shipping. Please place the return label over the original label to prevent any possible address confusion at the post office.


Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can request an order cancellation. We will do our best to cancel your order, but it may not be possible if the order is already processing or shipped.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. It can also take a day for us to process tracking information and update your order status, so it is possible your order has already shipped even if the status has not yet updated.

We will cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. If you change your mind, request a cancellation as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Process
Please contact us and specify which order you want to cancel. Our team will check with our warehouse to determine if the order can be canceled. If it can still be canceled, we will issue a full refund and update your order.

If your order has already shipped, request a return for a refund instead. See the Returns section for more information.

Damages and Issues Upon Receipt

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will help you exchange or return your item as quickly as possible.
