When will my order ship?
Our orders usually take 2-3 days to ship.
How long does it take to deliver?
Most orders take 7-20 days to get delivered. Exceptions do happen occasionally.
Will I be able to track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification emails. Please check your spam folder after placing your order in case you did not receive the order confirmation email right away.
What if my order gets lost?
We partnered with Route to provide protection against order transit issues. You can add the optional protection to your items when you add them to cart.
Is it hard to assemble the saber?
Assembly just requires securing the blade in the hilt using the provided screws and allen ranch. You can watch a short video here.
What is the difference between Baselit and SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie?
SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie are types of Neopixel technology. It provides more realistic and hi end effects as compared to Baselit. You can read more about it here.

How many colors does the SN pixel v3 have it doesn’t specify is is the same as base lit for amount of colors
The number of colors is the same with Baselit cores.

Does it come with a blade in it for the SN Pixel V3 or just the hilt?
It comes with the blade, charger and everything needed to assemble and use it.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! took some time to figure out, had to look online for a lot of my questions as the instruction booklet is only 3 pages and doesn't really tell much...also it's a proprietary charger rather than the new USB-C sabers...but I chalk that up to it being an older master collection saber.. I can completely customize this saber with many add-ons down the road.. I bought my nephew an apprentice collection saber and his is USB-C with a much easier to press button but doesn't have as many features..his booklet led me to fully understand EVERYTHING this saber offers..I just wish everyone got that new booklet because even after watching different saberspro YouTube videos I still couldn't figure out how to fully use it until I saw the new booklet. 4 stars until that's fixed but yes it's a very great saber for the price
Motion sounds are not quite as good as I expected. Sounds are muffled a bit. Otherwise a great looking blade
I got my lightsaber in about 5 days. The oblivion is nice. This is my first lightsaber purchase and I am super happy with all of the features it has for the price.
This saber looks great and functions well. It’s going to make an amazing gift.
