A lightsaber blade plug is often used to protect people’s eyes from the powerful shining beam of light when the blade is removed. It also protects your electronics if you decide to remove your blade for safe storage and transportation.
This plug is made out of polycarbonate and a well-designed metal seal. It is compatible with both Baselit and Neopixel sabers. It fits sabers with 1-inch diameter blades and is built to last.
This blade plug is highly recommended to add flair and complete the look of your hilt and allows you to show off your lightsaber collection and display it.

I usually leave the blade plug installed on the Duelist RGB Base Lit hilt, it looks very cool that way, even though the 1-inch polycarbonate blade peeks out some, but it gives the realism.
