Our lightsabers come with a choice of several cores: Baselit, SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie. However, you can think about them as two major types: Baselit and Neopixel.

This choice affects how your saber will light-up, the available features, weight and durability.

The internal strip of LEDs in Neopixel sabers enables such an iconic effect as the gradual blade extraction from the lightsaber hilt. It looks like the light extends upwards from the hilt as if it was a real lightsaber.

The baselit sabers, as the name suggests, are illuminated by a single bright LED at the end tip of the hilt. This does enable the blade to still be bright and display multiple colors. It also makes the saber lighter and more durable for dueling purposes.

The more advanced electronics in the Neopixel ligtsabers makes them more expensive as compared to their baselit counterparts. But if you are looking for the most realistic look and feel the price difference is more than justified.

As we already mentioned, there are several types of Neopixel lightsabers available at our store: SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie. Not all our sabers feature all of these choices.

When will my order ship?
Our orders usually take 2-3 days to ship.

How long does it take to deliver?
Most orders take 7-20 days to get delivered. Exceptions do happen occasionally.

Will I be able to track my order?

What if my order gets lost?

Is it hard to assemble the saber?
Assembly just requires securing the blade in the hilt using the provided screws and allen ranch. You can watch a short video here.

What is the difference between Baselit and SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie?
SN Pixel, Xenopixel and Proffie are types of Neopixel technology. It provides more realistic and hi end effects as compared to Baselit. You can read more about it here.

What type of cable does the saber use to charge?

It uses a micro usb cable. It comes with it in the box.
How long does it take to arrive?

Usually two weeks.
What is the difference between base lit and the V2?

SN Pixel V2 is our neopixel board. You can read more about differences between baselit and neopixel sabers here.
This this saber fully ignite all the way or does it fade going up?

The SN Pixel ignite fully and evenly and is also very bright.
While the baselit option is not as even or bright it is actually not too far behind.
Is there a volume control?

The saber support several volume settings including mute.
Can you buy two of them and attach them to make a Darth Maul lightsaber?

Yes, but you will also need to buy the 1" coupler.

Does this actually come with the covertech wheel?

Yes it does as shown in the pictures.

Bad experience

Go this for my son for Christmas
Second day stopped working. I’ve been sent two blades. One was base lit and this saber is not baselit. Took weeks to get it. Then I got a second blade still doesn’t work. Now waiting on a board. This has been almost a month we’ve been waiting. Customer support doesn’t care that this has taken a month to resolve. Cool saber if it works but customer support sucks.

Few questions

So I bought the Darth Revan Matt Silver saber and it has been great, but I have a few questions. First, it says that there are 11 character sound fonts but I only have 10, two of them I don’t know because they say “Master QuiGon” and “Number 1 (I think).” Also my lightsaber doesn’t turn off when I twist the hilt, but it does turn on when I’m twisting the hilt. My saber doesn’t have character quotes or iconic music (or I don’t know how to turn it on). Also I don’t know what pulse, ghost, or blaster mean, or how to turn them on, (assuming that stable means the normal mode). Overall the saber has been great but if you could answer these few questions that would be awesome! Thank you!

Took some time to figure it out

Let me begin by saying the saber itself is fantastic. The construction and details are really good. The electro-plated finish is very nice.

The only downside so far is that it takes some learning to do to figure out all the options.
However, support pointed me to the instructional videos and that helped a ton.

Best one in my collection

Had it for about two months and still love it. I have two more sabers in my arsenal, but this is the one I keep using all the time.

I love that it is very bring and sturdy.
My buddy came over with his Disney saber and we decided to duel. His saber felt pretty flimsy in comparison we stopped.

Feels like this hilt should be in the premium collection.
The sound quality and effects are definitely better than on many other brands.

I did not realize it came with the covertec wheel and now my problem of how to attach it to the belt is solved :)
