Fantastic saber 10/10

This is one of the best sabers I have ever purchased. It is lightweight but highly durable which makes spins and dueling remarkably easy and realistic. The craftmanship and attention to detail is first rate. I use it during cosplay and it gets many compliments. An awesome product overall; I will definitely be buying more sabers from Sabers Pro as they are extremely customer friendly.

this is my first saber i purchase. I was excited about receiving it, but then once I did, it was completely dead. Did not know if it needed to be charged. Also, the instructions are not clear and I’m disappointed since the fonts that I wanted on the saber are not on there. I need to do my own self like what !? anyWho speaker sounds kinda bad probably cause its still needs to fully charge . if I’m having trouble, I’ll definitely contact you guys

Great Quality, but bad access for programming

The lightsaber itself is great. The hilt is good quality and the presets are well done. I have been enjoying it.

I bought the profile v2.2 to be able to program different profiles and edit some of the motion activated features. All videos online show accessing the proffie board by just removing the bottom pommel and sliding out the board and battery. This hilt is not that simple. You need to completely take the hilt apart This includes removing the button assembly, and looking for any screws on the side. There is also a red looking button that screws out that needs removed as well. It's not rocket science, but it is odd that the access to a board that may need programmed multiple times, takes so much effort. Especially when you want to test a new profile. There did not seem to be thought on the programming and testing procedure when creating the mechanical design.

In the end, I wish I just go the Neo Pixel board. It feels like the programming and testing will be quite difficult due to the how much effort will be needed for the rebuild and disassembly each time I want to test any changes. It feels like I wasted a couple hundred dollars upgrading to the profile 2.2 option. The product overall is great, but I'd recommend the Neo Pixel for any customization assuming you are fine with the presets. There are a lot at least and again, the hilt quality is good.

**EDIT**
In regards to not getting any support request from me, I do have the email in my sent box to "[****]", but I understand system can send emails straight to junk or spam and IT networks can just straight block. The company did send me a video showing the disassembly. I'd recommend posting with the product for anyone else that may have similar questions given that it is a different process than other videos found online. It took me a while to figure out each **** that needed taken out and also, the red button on the side also kept the board from being accessed. I increased one star for the video and removed any comments about bad support.

Still wish the board was easier to access. It looked like the top of the internals may have room for adding a programming port up top so that complete disassembly is not required. Although, probably still need to remove the battery. Maybe a switch to cut a power connection to the board as well?

Hi Jacob,

Thank you for your feedback. We will take it into consideration for the upcoming design update. However, we did not receive any support requests from you before you posted this review. Nonetheless, our team will reach out to you to provide further assistance.

Best regards,
